I work with adults in all stages of life to achieve personal growth and emotional well-being. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am passionate about working with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and life transitions.
